Terms & Conditions

• Customer will be held liable to any Challan for exceeding speed, no parking, drink and drive or any violation of traffic rules and regulations.
• Customer will be held liable for any Scratch or dent on the car depending upon the severity of damage from Rs.3000-5000 (for hatchback) to Rs.5000-8000 (for compact SUV/SUV/Sedan) per panel.
• Customer will be held liable for any accidental damages up to Rs.20,000 for Hatchback, 30,000 for Compact SUV & 50,000 for SUV. The customer should not be under the influence of alcohol/drugs and won't use these substances during the trip. If an accident occurs under the influence of alcohol/drugs, the customer will be fully liable for damage to the car or, if the car is found to be completely damaged, the Insured Declared Value (IDV) of the insurance has to be paid by the customer in such a case.
• Customer will be held liable if the clutch assembly is found burnt/damaged due to half clutch engagement.
• Customer will be liable for towing charges for clutch assembly overhaul or in case of an accident.
• Customer will be held liable for torn/damaged tyres during the trip and will pay the full amount.
• Customer shall take full accountability for risks associated with using the vehicle and in case of any accident or incident, the customer will not claim any financial or non-financial damages to the company or its employees.
• Customer shall not carry, sell or do any other illicit activity in the said vehicle.
• Customer shall not use the vehicle for any activity which is not permissible in the eyes of the law.
• Customer will be held liable for injury, disability, death, loss, or damage of third parties as well as themselves & co-passengers during the trip.
• Fuel level should be at the same level at the time of receiving the car. No adjustment/refund for additional fuel at the time of dropping.
• Full payment at the time of pickup & no refund in case the vehicle is returned before the mentioned date of return.
• Booking amount is non-refundable in any circumstances.
• Km capping per day is 300 Km/day, exceeding that Rs.5 per km for hatchbacks and Rs.7 per km for SUVs will be charged.
• Car pick and drop time will be done between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Extra hours will be charged at 10% of the car’s rent.
• Go Ridez Tours & Travels will not be liable for any illicit activities, loss of property & life during the trip.
